First Step Chiropractic is located in the Quad at Cross Keys in Baltimore.
We proudly serve Roland Park, Mount Washington, Hampden, and surrounding city and county areas. The practice was established in 2015 when Dr. Pam decided to bring a new type of holistic healthcare to the Baltimore Metro area – one focused on affordable wellness care for the entire family.
First Step aims to be with practice members along their entire journey to health, from pregnancy forward.
We love working with multigenerational families, including infants and children.
Dr. Pamela Woodward Terranova has extensive training working with children with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and ADD/ADHD. Our goal is to provide specific, individualized chiropractic care for each member of your family along with the tools you need to live a more fully expressed life, free of injury and interference!
The office atmosphere is light and laid back while still providing you with top-notch care at the forefront of chiropractic and healthcare research.
We hope to present an atmosphere that will help you to take time to relax…
…and that will have you looking forward to the time you spend with us in the office! We are child-friendly and have open-bay adjusting to promote an attitude of community health. Please feel free to bring your kids with to your adjustments – and high fives and hugs are always welcome!
